Dr. Trotter and the staff were excellent from reception to both assistants and the blood draw. Fast, efficient, professional. They’ve already followed up in less than 24 hours to advise lab results. Glad I made the switch to Dr. Trotter.

Very professional.the sweet lady at the front desk gave me excellent directions to uptown urology.She is very good on the phone and in person also.dr mc clintock is a winner too.he explains everything .The nurse practitioner is very professional also.In fact I had a very good experience with everybody there.I would recommend uptown to anybody.

Have always enjoyed excellent professional care and service from both Dr. Trotter and his staff. All staff questions are answered cheerfully. And Dr.Trotter is very patient, a great listener, and always responds succinctly and knowledgeably. He is simply very personable and shares his knowledge with you at whatever level you request. I’m betting you will be very satisfied that you choose him and Midtown Urology for any challenge you might need help with.

Dr. Michael Trotter and the staff team at Midtown Urology are very attentive to the patient's needs and particular circumstances. Dr. Trotter spends unrushed time with the patient explaining the situation and proposing a course of action. I appreciate the team at Midtown Urology.
